Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are any shipping delays, your order may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.

International Shipping, outside UK.
Sorry but we don't currently offer international shipping. Our current UK Delivery times for shipments may vary depending on the destination and processing.

UK Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order status at any time via the tracking number provided.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at aslansports77@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. While we cannot take responsibility for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, we will assist you in investigating the issue and filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Return Shipping
