The Cerberus 7mm Neoprene Back Support Belt has been designed to provide warmth, support and stability. This is a fantastic all-round belt with elastic Velcro straps for a snug fit and skeletal splints to maximise athletic performance as well as relieving pressure on your back which can ease back pain.

Thicker than others on the market, our 7mm neoprene belt has been specifically designed for Strongmen and Strongwomen. Our superior neoprene blend is durable yet gives the perfect stretch to give an ergonomic fit. Our top quality Velcro locks this belt in place - no popping off or slipping! We have also added additional skeletal splints to make this the most supportive and stable belt on the market.

It can be used as a standalone belt for moving and loading events as it gives good support without restriction of movement. So, bending over to pick up sandbags or stones is comfortable. It can also be used as an under-belt in conjunction with other belts to keep your core locked in place for heavy events like yoke, log press as well as exercises like heavy squats and deadlifts.
